The best investments aren’t just financial. They’re in people and communities.
When our co-founder, David Johnson, was a student at the University of West Georgia, scholarships made his education possible. At the university’s signature fundraiser last week, he shared a promise he made to himself years ago:
“I promised myself that one day I would repay every dollar I was given, and I’m proud to say I’ve not only done that but exceeded it. I also endowed some of them so that students have the same opportunity I had every year.”
For Dave, giving back is an opportunity to open doors for the next generation. The connections he made on campus, from the Debate Team to Kappa Sigma Fraternity, didn’t just shape his career—they shaped who he is.
His story is a reminder that none of us gets where we are alone. The communities that invest in us today shape the leaders of tomorrow.
